Phd Electrical Engineering Grant is intended for practitioners rather than academics, administrators, managers of the organization / association / services, journalists, and lawyers are encouraged to apply for these grants.
Requirements: 1. A Malaysian citizen;
2. A master's degree or equivalent professional qualification in the field of the proposed program. For professionals and artists outside academia, recognized professional standing and substantial professional accomplishment is expected;
3. A minimum of five years work experience in related field. Holding a managerial position in a governmental organization or private sector and demonstrate the potential for higher responsibilities;
4. Proficiency in English appropriate to proposed lecturing or research project tobe conducted in the United States;
5. Willing to share their knowledge of Malaysia with social groups, nationalities and other while in the United States;
6. Sound physical and mental health.
